The START/Zambia project arranges and supports United States-based training to Zambian leaders that fits with USAID’s specific development strategies for the country. AED provide services for Masters degree scholars and for short-term trainees in fields such as economic growth, basic education, democracy building, and health that are important components of Zambia’s development goals.
