Academy for Educational Development

This project worked to strengthen sector governance, improve planning and policy frameworks, and improve public understanding and support in the energy and clean air sectors in the Philippines. AED provided technical assistance to the Philippine Government’s energy and clean air agencies through policy research and advice, capacity-building interventions (training and organizational development), and communications support in the areas of energy efficiency, energy planning, energy industry regulation, implementation of the Clean Air Act, and strengthening the motor vehicle inspection and maintenance system.
