This project includes the development of curricula and provision of onsite training for Ryan White Title I Planning Councils and grantees to increase their capacity (1) to identify people living with HIV disease and link them into care, and (2) to monitor and evaluate their planning activities, including needs assessment, priority setting, resource allocation, and comprehensive planning.
