This dot-EDU project emphasizes primary school education through interactive radio instruction for both in-school and out-of-school youth ages 12 to 18, as well as the establishment of a satellite transmission-cum-radio infrastructure that will greatly enhance communication potential for all Haitians. The project also focuses on monitoring and evaluation to allow USAID and project partners to track progress and ensure long-term sustainability.
