The Global Civil Society Strengthening Partnership provides a variety of services, including program design, implementation, assessments and evaluations and management of grants to USAID missions around the world. The partnership was created to enable USAID and the State Department to quickly implement short- and long-term civil society strengthening activities. The partnership has run more than 12 projects in countries around the world, focusing on human rights, capacity building for nongovernmental organizations, conflict mitigation and governance strengthening.
